GET CERTIFICATES

INTERNET COURSES: (Zoom Courses - See Below)

People often ask me, how do I get a certificate for a course I completed a month ago or so?

It's really very easy.  Go to the homepage of fitzpatrickschool.com and click on the big bullseye, "Start A Course."

When you do that, and then click internet video courses, you will have access to the internet course library again. Click on the link at the bottom of the page for the internet video course library to proceed.

You may have to remember your email and log in again.  Just so you know, I don't maintain that information, so you have to use that same information or you will have to reset your password on the site.

You will likely remember the thinkiffic website where we host the internet video library.  When you see the library, click on your course and then click "resume course."

When you do so, you will immediately see under the course title, "Get Your Certificate."  If you don't, you might see 86% complete, etc. indicating you haven't finish the course.  If you haven't completed the course, you must look for the greyed out areas indicating you did not finish.  These are usually at the bottom.

If you are able to see "Get Your Certificate," you are good to go!" Just click and proceed.  You can click to download and print if you like.  I always recommend printing to a .PDF file for your records.

If all else fails, please send me an email and I will take care of you!

ZOOM COURSES:

Certificates for Zoom courses are emailed to students within 1 hour of the class ending. You would have received your certificates by email as a part of those batches if you were in attendance. You should thoroughly check your email, SPAM, and recently deleted emails to find those emails.  We also find students are looking under an email address that is different from the email address that was used for registration.

If you cannot locate them, we charge $10 per certificate to go into the archives, reproduce them, and email them again. When students find out they have to pay $10 per certificate, they seem to miraculously find them!
