CARE TO TEACH?
We are always looking for outstanding instructors.
Perhaps you have always wanted to teach, give back to others, or even contribute to the betterment of our REALTOR community. We are always looking for motivated individuals to join our faculty and share their knowledge and experience. You would obviously stay committed to your real estate routine and offer a continuing education course every other month or so. Here are the requirements:
- six years of experience in residential real estate sales
- excellent presentation and organizational skills
- an active, Nevada real estate license in good standing with the Nevada Real Estate Division
- no prior real estate commission-imposed disciplinary sanctions
FIRST STEP: Kindly email Joe Fitzpatrick at joe@fitzpatrickschool.com expressing an interest along with two dates and times you are available for a phone call. Please be prepared to share your interest and qualifications. We will share expectations, schedule, and compensation.
NEXT STEPS: Please email photocopies of your (1) real estate license; (2) real estate-oriented resume; (3) supporting certifications or accreditations for your areas of expertise; (4) college degree if applicable; and (5) list of preferred topics to teach.
Guest Presentation: Joe will ask you to present 20 minutes of live instruction via Zoom during one of his CE courses. You will be given plenty of time to prepare for a topic that is of interest to you.
Assuming all goes well, Joe will email you an Independent Contractor's Agreement, Instructor Applications, and 1099 form. Once all of that has been gathered, we will submit your Instructor Applications to the Nevada Real Estate Division. Approval is typically granted in a week. From there, Joe will assist you in scheduling your courses, providing you with copyrighted materials, giving you an overview of procedures, and addressing all of your questions.
We look forward to working with you!
