approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division on Behalf of the Commission (NRED) 

NAR (not GLVAR/LVR) requires 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training and now, 2.5 hours of coinciding Fair Housing training every 3 years.  The courses are considered to be 3-hour courses each, but are technically 2.5 hours without breaks.  “REALTORS® are required to complete Code of Ethics and Fair Housing / Anti-Bias training upon becoming a member and every 3 years thereafter.” Training may be completed through NAR’s online courses or through another method, such as online or classroom courses via local/state associations or through approved schools such as ours. The cycle we are in right now, Cycle 8, ends December 31, 2027.

In our courses that are approved by NAR, we walk you through the process of how to submit your school certificate to your NAR Profile to satisfy the requirement.  It is important to note that each certificate is good for BOTH the C.E. credit for the Division AND the requirement for NAR.

It is also important to note that these approvals are only valid for LVR Members.  I have tried to reach out to other associations, but did not get anywhere with the Education Directors.  I will try again in a repeated attempt.
